I've had a very bad experience with this seller. Firstly they advertise expensive item at a discount on app. Once order is placed, they sent you wrong item (cheaper version) . When we ask to return for exchange, they refuse to pick up calls from sf express and finally make us appeal for refund. If all that happens on time, I wouldn't complain but the entire process took almost a month..which is pathetic... Think twice before ordering from this website.

Wish I could pay in my euros when living in Asia. I lose a lot on exchange rates and bank. Please inprove this. When shipping a product there are no updates the obly update is when parcell is shipped. I have delivered parcell but according tracking it is not delivered and no info at all since the dat it was shipped. I wrote them but I get an amswer on this they tell there are always updates. I hope it will improve. My order arrived in a good timeframe 2 weeks. Products are goos+good price

After update, it's getting worse. Very slow. The chatbot function is very annoying, keep popping up taking half the screen. Very hard to browse for product. Everytime going in to view a product, after going back, the list is gone, back to homepage. Very very bad design. Impossible to purchase anything else other than item on your main page. What a pitty, I missed shopping at strawberrynet, but now I can't.
